We pride ourselves in our very professional team of  trades people, with all of the skills needed to cover all of your maintenance requirements, or, we can completely refurbish your property from planning to completion.

We are a property maintenance company based in London,  currently working with many local estate agents and property management companies (Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, Chase Evans, Hurford Sulvi Carr, Coopers of London and Lawrence Ward & Co for example) as well as private landlords. We deliver professional trade skills to the highest standards, providing clear and competitive estimates.
We also offer a range of other services so call us for any maintenance issues and we will do our upmost to accommodate you.

WHAT WE DO.

ELECTRICAL

Installing power systems, lighting, fire protection. Including regular checking and testing of systems.

Install and fix all domestic electrical appliances, from Electric Ovens to Cooker Hoods and Extractor Fans.

GAS SAFE REGISTERED

We are registered to work safely and legally on Boilers, Cookers, Fires and all other gas appliances including Hot Water Cylinders.

 

By law all our gas engineers must

be on the Gas Safe Register.

PLUMBING & HEATING

The installation and repair of water supply lines, waste disposal, and heating systems, from boilers to under floor.

We also install and fix appliances from showers to washing machines.
